Ms. Anjali Maurya (Batch 2018-20)
Pursuing my MBA at BPIT (Batch 2018–2020) was a transformative experience. The faculty members are highly professional and deeply committed to bridging the gap between academic theory and industry requirements.
What I value most about BPIT is the unwavering support provided to students, even in the most challenging circumstances. I graduated during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic—a time defined by severe economic uncertainty and a significant lack of opportunities for fresh graduates. While the job market was struggling, BPIT’s dedicated placement efforts ensured I secured a position at IndusInd Bank in November 2020.
I am incredibly grateful to the institute for being a catalyst in my career when it mattered most. BPIT does not just offer a degree; it provides a professional foundation and the support system necessary to succeed in a competitive world.

Mr. Abhinav Lal (Batch 2015-17)
My MBA journey at Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, has been one of the most enriching phases of my life. The institute gave me countless opportunities to learn, participate, and grow beyond academics. From debates, seminars, group discussions, football, and campus events, to various extracurricular activities. The faculty members were always approachable and supportive, encouraging us to explore our potential. While academics provided a strong foundation, it was the overall environment and exposure that truly prepared me for my professional journey. I will always cherish the time I spent at BPIT, and if given the opportunity, I would gladly relive those memorable years. I am grateful to the institute for playing such an important role in my personal and professional growth.

My experience at BPIT College, Rohini, during my MBA (2013–2015) was truly enriching and transformative. The Management Department played a key role in shaping my academic foundation and professional outlook. The faculty were knowledgeable, supportive, and consistently encouraged critical thinking and practical application.
The well-structured curriculum, along with seminars and interactive sessions, helped build my analytical skills and confidence. The collaborative learning environment further enhanced both academic and personal growth.

Lakshay Sharma (Batch 2009-2011)
My MBA journey (2009–2011) shaped the foundation of my career in Marketing. As part of the second MBA batch at Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology (BPIT), we were building the program in its early years—when placements were a real challenge and industry connections were still evolving.
Fast forward to today:
- Top-tier B-schools (IIMs, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS) offer ~6,000–8,000 seats combined and report near-100% placements, with average packages of ₹25–35 LPA.
• In contrast, India has 1,000+ MBA colleges and 2–3 lakh seats annually, where many tier-2 institutions face placement rates of 60–85% and median packages of ₹6–12 LPA.This gap isn’t only about talent—it’s about access, exposure, and alumni-driven networks. My career journey—from Macaw Books to Scholastic India, Elsevier, and now Wolters Kluwer (Regional Marketing Lead – Revenue Growth, South Asia)—was made possible by the mindset, resilience, and fundamentals School of Business Administration instilled early on.
A heartfelt thanks to School of Business Administration, BPIT for believing in us when the ecosystem was still taking shape and for laying the groundwork for our professional journeys.
To all working professionals and alumni: giving back is not optional—it’s essential.
One referral, one mentorship session, one industry connect can change outcomes for an entire batch.
Let’s help our alma maters bridge the placement gap and build stronger futures—together.

Isha Khera (Batch 2009 – 2011)
My journey at the School of Business Administration, BPIT Rohini, laid the foundation for everything I have achieved professionally. The MBA program (2009–2011) equipped me with a strong understanding of management principles, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills that continue to guide my decisions even today.
What truly set BPIT apart was its focus on practical learning, industry exposure and faculty members who encouraged critical thinking and confidence. The exposure to real-world business scenarios, teamwork, and leadership exercises prepared me to adapt quickly to dynamic corporate environments.
Over the years, I have progressed from operational roles to managerial leadership, currently serving as a Manager at Macquarie Global Services. The transition from campus to corporate life was seamless because BPIT instilled in me a strong work ethic, clarity of thought, and the ability to manage people and processes effectively.
